Pre & Post Workout Leave-in Conditioner protects hair from damage caused while working out, including frizz and split ends. After a workout, it will add moisture and shine without the weight. Note: For best results, spray into hands and apply to hair as needed. Do not apply to scalp.

I recently discovered this line of hair care products and I am absolutely in love with the daily post workout shampoo and conditioner as well as the leave-in conditioner. My hair is naturally curly and needs daily styling. Ahimsa has been amazing for our children and their hair. Honestly, we have used many things and the oil, leave in conditioner and dry shampoo are fantastic for Black hair and keeping braids fresh through summer. Bonus: they smell amazing.
