Please contact us at help@ahimsahaircare.com within 14 days of delivery date if there are discrepancies with your order.

If you are unsure if your order has processed please check your email and spam folders for an order confirmation.  If no emails are in your inboxes please contact us before placing another order.

Once an order has been placed we may be unable to cancel or edit the order. Before submitting any order please be sure to make sure all information is correct.


Most orders purchased on ahimsahaircare.com ship out via USPS from Tennessee.  At this time, we do not ship internationally, but we are working towards that in the near future.  If you would like to place an order and are having problems with shipping, please contact us for assistance.  If your shipping address does not meet the requirements stated we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you are unable to locate a package that is marked as delivered please visit the carrier website and file a claim for a lost/missing package. If the carrier is unable to locate the package you can then contact us to reach out to ahimsa directly. Please note we must be contacted within 14 days of delivery date for any lost or missing packages.

Our orders typically take 3-7 business days to arrive.  Once your order has shipped out you will indeed receive an email with your delivery information.


We have a hassle-free, 30-day return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please email us to make arrangements.

Unfortunately we are unable to process a return for products not purchased directly on our website. If purchased from one of our retailers please contact them directly for any returns.

It can take up to 5 business days for a refund to process, be sure to check your account once we have confirmed a refund has been processed.
